I really like the pictures, your description of what is available along with the amenities and zoning which is very important depending on the buyers use or objective for the property. I also like that you give approximate distances from large cities so we have an idea of the seclusion and the availability of services standard and emergency.

Hi, I am looking to retire next year in CO and am searching for a piece of land, 1-3 acres, where I can build my home. I need to be fairly close to a small city near Denver, and I do like neighbors, just not sitting on top of me. I definitely want mountain views, that’s non negotiable. I will be visiting the Denver area May 15-20. Do you think you could find me a nice property?

Thanks,
Andrea
