1. What is the most important thing to consider when buying land?

Location! Location! Location! While size of property is appealing, what matters most is: can you get to your property in a reasonable amount of time (2-2.5 hours) so you’ll use it. And What’s there for you to do when you get there? Are there recreational activities, skiing, fishing, boating? What kind of access to public lands is available? Is there year-round access? How about utilities and amenities, shopping, medical, etc.?

2. Will you show us the properties?

Absolutely! You need and want to know what and where the site is, how it lays, where the corners are and what is around the property! Call or email to schedule an appointment. No bad directions or missed turns and most of all: no pressure.

3. Do we get title insurance?

Yes, all the properties come with title insurance and warranty deeds.

4. What about financing?

Many of the properties have seller financing available - longer terms, lower rates, no balloon payments.
